Spectrex SharpEye FS-1400 Multi-IR Flame Simulator

The Spectrex SharpEye FS-1400 Multi-IR Flame Simulator provides safe, reliable end-to-end testing of compatible SharpEye Multi-IR flame detection systems without creating an actual fire. The handheld simulator generates a controlled infrared radiation pattern recognized by compatible detectors as a genuine flame condition, allowing technicians to verify detector response, viewing-window cleanliness, wiring integrity, alarm outputs, relays, and connected fire-alarm equipment.

The FS-1400 is compatible with Spectrex SharpEye 40/40D-M, 40/40C-M, and legacy 40/40M Multi-IR flame detectors. Depending on the detector model and sensitivity setting, it can perform remote testing from distances up to 39.3 ft, which can reduce the need for ladders, scaffolding, or temporary access platforms.

Built for demanding industrial environments, the FS-1400 features a heavy-duty copper-free aluminum enclosure, rechargeable lithium-ion battery, mechanical sight and aiming system, IP65 protection, and hazardous-location certifications. A fully charged battery supports at least 100 tests.
