Spectrex FS-1100 Triple IR Flame Simulator

The Spectrex FS-1100 Triple IR Flame Simulator provides safe, reliable end-to-end testing of compatible Spectrex SharpEye IR flame detection systems without the hazards of an open flame. The handheld simulator emits a controlled infrared pattern that the detector recognizes as a genuine fire signature, allowing technicians to verify detector response, viewing-window cleanliness, wiring integrity, alarm activation, and connected control-system functionality.

Designed for field maintenance in demanding industrial environments, the FS-1100 features a mechanical sight and laser diode for accurate aiming at detectors installed in elevated or difficult-to-access locations. Model-dependent remote testing distances help reduce the need for ladders, scaffolding, or temporary access platforms.

The rechargeable, explosion-protected unit features a heavy-duty copper-free aluminum enclosure, IP65 environmental protection, and approvals for use in classified hazardous locations.
