Catalytic Combustible Gas Sensor - FP624D

The FP624D Catalytic Combustible Gas Sensor is a rugged industrial-grade sensor engineered for reliable detection of combustible gases within the full 0–100% LEL range. Using catalytic bead technology, it delivers rapid response and stable performance in demanding environments. The sensor is housed in an explosion-proof enclosure and includes a transmitter module, base connector board, and splashguard with built-in calibration port.

Its intuitive “smart” interface allows non-intrusive calibration and configuration using a simple handheld tool, eliminating the need to open the housing or declassify the area. The FP624D supports a standard 4–20 mA output along with RS-485 Modbus communication and programmable alarm and fault relays, making it easy to integrate into new or existing fixed gas detection systems.
