The 3M 6884 DIN Port Adapter Assembly is a replacement / upgrade part designed for use with full-face respirators in the the 6000DIN series.
It allows conversion from non-DIN systems to DIN threaded filter / canister attachment, enabling the respirator to accept DIN-thread gas, vapor, or particulate filter canisters. This is a genuine 3M / PowerFlow-series component, intended to extend the service life of compatible facepieces or convert existing facepieces to the DIN format.
