Description

The all-welded, rigid steel construction of this rescue stretcher ensures strength and durability during operations. The frame is made from 5/8" steel tubing, with cross-braces and runners crafted from 3/16" x 3/4" flat steel. The basket features 18-gauge, 1" hexagon mesh netting for added security. Nylon web straps at the chest, abdomen, thigh, and calf securely fasten the patient for safe transport, while adjustable foot rests allow for vertical transport. An option without a leg divider is also available. Dimensions: 80 3/4" L x 22 1/2" W x 8" D.


The stretcher bridle sling offers horizontal or vertical lifting with a capacity of up to 2,000 lbs. It is made from 1" nylon webbing, which is resistant to moisture and fungus rot, and includes carabiner locks and a 3" ID forged steel suspension ring.


The break-away stretcher is designed for rescuing injured persons from locations requiring lengthy foot travel. It separates into two halves, which can be backpacked to the rescue site and assembled in seconds. It can also be secured to a standard backpack for carrying. Three positive lock clamps secure the two halves together, and four 60" web straps are standard. The stretcher stores in a space measuring 44" x 12" x 24".
