Demand flow regulator for 34, 44, 58, 66, 74, 105 & 116 L cylinders

75-DFR

Demand flow regulator for 34, 44, 58, 66, 74, 105 & 116 L cylinders

Item Code: 75-DFR

Description

Regulators with gauges for use on various cylinder sizes. • Demand flow regulator: This nickel-plated or stainless steel, single stage, vacuum actuated high quality regulator is a convenient method of gas flow regulation which supplies the exact amount of gas demanded by an analyzer and automatically shuts off. The DFR uses only the amount of gas demanded by the pump drawn instruments. Offered with multiple connections. • Fixed flow regulator: This popular, piston sensed, fixed flow quality regulator is nickel-plated, cost effective and a convenient method of gas flow regulation. Flows (LPM) are set prior to shipment. Flow rates are defined by the needs of the detection equipment being used. The answer can be found in the detector manual. Quick Tips: • Regulators used on CL2 and HCL need to be replaced regularly • Reactive Gases that require a stainless regulator: Chlorine, Hydrogen Chloride, Nitric Oxide, Nitrogen Dioxide, Ammonia • Non-Reactive Gases can use any regulator; most often brass or nickel plated • Reactive Gases must use Teflon Tubing • Non-Reactive Gases use Tygon Tubing Call for additional information.
