Description

Increase worker productivity by providing easy entry or egress to manhole openings with ventilation equipment in place. An 8" air duct installed on the Saddle Vent® provides fresh air entry while displacing harmful gases. A 90° elbow on the top of the vent allows for rotation of the intake duct and prevents severe kinks in the air duct. Tank Saddle Vent® is fire-retardant and designed to fit 18" W x 20" L oval tanks. Ideal for horizontal tank entry and approved by the U.S. Navy. Conductive Saddle Vent® is used for ventilation of hazardous areas. The conductive Saddle Vent® and companion 90° elbow is manufactured with conductive polyethylene material. Grounding lugs are mounted on each device and used to connect the steel grounding wires provided with the ducting.
